Delete Account

You can permanently delete your TypeLeague account and the data linked to it at any time, either directly in the app or by sending us a request.

01Delete from the app

  1. Open TypeLeague and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion starts right away and you will be signed out on all devices.

02Request deletion by email

Can't access the app? Send a request from the email address linked to your account and include your username. We will confirm with you before deleting anything.

03What gets deleted

  • Your profile: username, email address and profile picture.
  • Your gameplay history, stats, streaks and leaderboard entries.
  • Your friends list and in-app settings.

04What we may keep

  • Purchase records we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Anonymous, aggregated statistics that can't be linked back to you.

05How long it takes

Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days. Backups are cleared within a further 30 days.
